Better Due date definition

We have a need to define the due date for our deliverables to be based on working day versus calendar day. This being set by contract.

Example the contract, mention 15 working day. As of today we input a multiple of 7 to take into account the weekend. How ever we have holidays and vacation time etc...

For due date shorter then 5 days, let say 3, if we send on Friday this left just one day to answer and if Monday is an holiday by contract we miss the response window.

Also we have customer asking that transmission get transmit after 10:00 each day.

Or only send transmission on Tuesday and Thursday etc....

The main issue are for transmission using a distribution matrix where we can be lower than the maximums but not higher.

As such we would like to be able to define transmission with working hours, days, and holidays and maybe a roll to next day if we fall on a weekend day.

Projects get complex but transmissions for review as well

Practical use of functionality?

One scenario with calendar, we could have a due date that fall on the weekend

When planning the distribution matrix, we have to take into account at minima 2 day+

Also if we work with different country we could have overlap for etc...

What is the impact of not doing this?

When contract goes smooth everyone can find a middle ground. However when things get more intense, small thing like this can help bring the situation one or two notch down.
