Practical use of functionality?
Every time we connect a Project to the cloud we don't only have to activate the Deliverable management we also have to upload our coverletter, set it as default and delete afterwards the old letter. |

What is the impact of not doing this?
We have one coverletter designed which we use for all project. But on every creating of a new Project we have to manually replace the existing cover letter. We do it so since we introduced Deliverable Management |
What portal do you use? We would suggest setting up a template project with all Deliverables Management settings setup as you want (cover letter included). Then when you create a new project, go to Deliverables Management settings > General tab and use Copy settings > "Copy and overwrite" function. This will replace default new project settings with settings from your "template project". Would this work for you?
