At present RFI cc recipients will only receive a notification when an RFI is issued and closed. They are not receiving notifications when a final response has been sent which is causing delays particularly where the original RFI issuer is on leave and is not able to close the RFI to notify the cc recipients.
Practical use of functionality?
If all recipients receive a notification that a final response has been received it enables all interested parties to know the current status of an RFI and also take an action to delegate an RFI to another user in the event the original issuer has left the organisation or on leave. |

What is the impact of not doing this?
Time, schedule delays and cost impact if technical information is not provided to requesting organisations on site. cc recipients should not need to log into Deliverables Management to stay updated on the response. |
