When we send a response and ask to unlock that response. The issue attach to the document cannot be edit .

Practical use of functionality?

Example we set an issue as rejected and we ask to unlock the document so we can change the issue from Reject to fix
What is the impact of not doing this?

The impact of not be able to unlock an issue, force us to redo a transmittal process, which is time consuming. In a project where we generate 10 000 issue this will happen few hundred times. Enough to have an impact.

Since it s time consuming people on the project will try to find work around which will create dark or gray data that will impact project KPI or could introduce error.
