Today we have Main reviewer involve in 10's of Transmission going one by one is time consuming to assign the same delegate person |
To extend on this idea, users in their profil could specify their frist delegate and second delegate.
And like auto response in Outlook the delegate will be use on those off hours. example user efine his vacation and during that time the first delegate get notify.
The idea is to impement rules for delegation, it could be by document type as well or package or....
vacation and sick days will be a start and then evalute what future rule can be implement
When we load a new distribution matrix, the system should able able to compare the before and after and propose to automatically delegate if a name is remove and replace.
