Allow Title be be edit either under the PWDM connector or under the web interface of Infrastructure Cloud so when we send a transmisison we can select th correct instance of Document Control

We have projets were Dcument Control Is allow to connect to multiple external project to be addtional reviewer.

Not being able to select the correct document control to send the transmission to he correct external project prevent us from sending transmission OR we need to make two or three trial until we know the order in which DC show in the list.

This is time comsuming operation
