Addd progress bar for large transmission or resume function

Request is to add some sort of progress bar when transmitting large transmission. We have transmission that can take upto 5 minutes+ to load. Maybe a simple document count x of y

In that same line of thaught, if we could have a way to pause a transmission, like if the internet cut, which will allow to resume the transmission.

Practical use of functionality?

Provide more flexibility for large transmission dataset
What is the impact of not doing this?

When large data set transmission get cut, we have to resume and restart transmission.

Also while transmitting we are block on explorer on the web we can always start a new windows, however if by mistake we close the browser while the transmisison is inprogress. the transmission will not be complete and need to ba resume.
