To have a function as Export to PDF for RFI but to Transmittal. The report or exported PDF should contain information of the response status, comments, transmittal information in a single document.
This document can be use as hardcopy backup, supporting document for any other process which require proof of approval such as claims etc.
The cover letter template is a good sample to produce this but with added information of the response information

Practical use of functionality?
at the moment, there is no single way to save the project transmittal in a single document per transmittal package. Summary report unable to have a proper display or UI for reporting purposes from the system. |

What is the impact of not doing this?
Additional work to recombined the information required in a document. Defeat the purpose of digitalizing an approval process if the user still require to produce a document as a summary for a particular transmittal package. the current download responses is separated into the markup pdf as well as doesnt contain the initial transmittal information |
