Currently you need to select each document individually to attach it to an RFI. The other day one of our project managers needed to send over 600 files split between 50 different folders in response to an RFI. Navigating through each folder structure to select each file was too time consuming, so instead they zipped it up and sent as a single zip file. Better functionality would be to allow the ability to select the entire folder and all the documents within it.
