We need a user friendly way for project co-ordinators to update the distribution matrix without needing to download, amend and then upload the spreadsheet matrix again. The co-ordinators should be able to select a Distribution Rule name and edit the recipients on a case by case basis on a user friendly front end screen, which automatically updates the backend DM matrix.
We cannot download, then update, and then upload the spreadsheet each time a change is made, which is often within our fast paced, constantly changing projects and with hundreds of team members who go on leave and need to have their reviews routed to alternative contacts for short periods.

Practical use of functionality?
Person A goes on leave for 1 week. The project co-ordinator needs to change the reivewer for a certain package for that week. They dont have the time or ability to download the DM matrix, change the reviewer and upload again. They shouldbe able to view the package DL online, and make the change "live" without needing to download and upload a spreadsheet each time |

What is the impact of not doing this?
Additional resources and approval steps required to manually download, change and upload the DM matrix each time. Project coordinators dont have access to the DDM, therefore it introduces an additional step requesting the admin to do this each time. The impact is lost time, and additional resources. |
As an enhancement on this idea, a UI similar to the forms workflow manager would be beneficial for those who are otherwise unable to decipher the Excel spreadsheet format would greatly benefit from this being simplified.
