Shouldn't the Outgoing RFI just be named RFI now? That way when we receive one, it doesn't show as an OutRFI in our incoming. It would be better if the default was just RFI, same with Transmittal (TR) and General Correpsonce (GC)
Practical use of functionality?
Administrators don't have to go into the settings and remove the Out portion of the numbering identification.
