Over the last three years, of using Bentley solution on larger project, production find that they need to transfert document from one transmission to another.
One example we had a transmisison with initially 200 documents and later we need to breakdown into three transmission

As review evolve in the project and the inital package are being adjust, the production find a need to reorganize the distribution of the documents between transmissions. |

What is the impact of not doing this?
As of today we do not have this capablities and is forcing us to keep some transmisison open to close issue before being able to transfer a document to another transmisison. |
