I think the Correspondence Mail type in Deliverables Management needs a reply and reply all function. Sometimes users do not need a mandatory respond but have an optional reply function that can either go to the originator only, or to all recipients depending on the reply option selected. That way the mail thread stays together (similar to the RFI function) without having to create a brand new mail and adding all the recipients again

Practical use of functionality?
Currently you can only "reply" to a mail if the sender selects "Response Required". Having the option to select reply/reply all ensure the receiver also has the ability to respond in the event the response selection isn't checked. But also it will prevent senders from selecting response required on ALL correspondence just so the recipient has the "option" to reply. |

What is the impact of not doing this?
Recipients expect an "outlook" or Aconex/Teambinder/Asite approach of being able to respond freely to correspondence without the response being marked as required. It's a very basic fundamental of mail on projects. The 2 complaints I constantly receive are:
