Sender and recipient can have the clear visibility of all the recipient (not only I (receive for acknowledgement) and AR (additional reviewer)). Current Transmittal only can see recipient list and do not know who is the additional reviewer without check the history. As we have a few thousand of transmittal submissions annually and users do not have the time to click one by one to click on history to check who is the recipients.

Practical use of functionality?
Sender to have an option of include or not to include additional reviewer name and email in the transmittal cover letter. As the project users can decide either they want the Additional reviewer name list to be visible in the cover letter. |

What is the impact of not doing this?
As we have a few thousand of transmittal submissions annually and users do not have the time to click one by one to click on history to check who is the recipients. This is time consuming and some area internet speed is slow, by including all the recipient and AR in the transmittal cover letter can save a lot of time. |
