Can we improve how ‘Additional Reviewer’ is displayed?

The issuer relies on a document distribution matrix to send transmittals. While documents are successfully received, recipients who are kept in the loop find it difficult to track the Additional Reviewer, as this information is only available in the package History.

Practical use of functionality?

Allow the Additional Reviewer to be displayed in the Cover Letter and expose this information in the UI, so recipients can easily identify who has been assigned the review task.

This should be implemented as an optional setting, recognizing that not all Additional Reviewers may prefer their names to be visible to all recipients.

What is the impact of not doing this?

For teams that adopt a collaborative and transparent approach by including all relevant stakeholders, exposing the Additional Reviewer improves visibility and clarifies review ownership at a glance. This reduces ambiguity around who is responsible for the review, minimizes back‑and‑forth communication, and eliminates the need for recipients to check document history. As a result, stakeholders can engage more efficiently, align faster, and drive quicker turnaround times—ultimately improving overall productivity while still allowing flexibility through optional visibility settings.
