The current RFI report only includes the original TO: recipient.
Where an RFI is delegated to another user or sent to additional responders, the report only shows the original responder. The raw data export contains some of this information, but it needs to represented in a simpler report format.

Practical use of functionality?
Projects need to be able to report on who is the actual responsible party for an RFI and additional reviewers contribution. By producing an RFI report which shows the Original Responder aswell as a Delegated field and additional responder field, available in the raw data, project teams will be able to see exactly who is responsible for an RFI response. |

What is the impact of not doing this?
Project teams are currently required to have to open an individual RFI package to see whether an RFI has been forwarded or delegated or filter through the confusing Raw data. At face value the report tab indicates that the RFI is still sitting with the original responder and does not demonstrate where another individual is responsible for the response. This can lead to time spent following up RFI's with the wrong individual. |
Thank you for you idea. Presently the design is to allow delegation of RFI to other parties, but we believe this shouldn't be shown to the sender as this is internal to completing the RFI process by the recieving party. Sorry, but without further votes from other Organisations we will not look to progress this idea forward at present.
