Restrict who can accept/close an RFI to users within same organisation
To avoid RFIs being closed in error by users in same DM group but to enable them to be closed in absence of originator, can RFIs be closed by user within same organisation.
Practical use of functionality?
allows RFIs to be closed by colleague in same organization but not by people outside of organisation.
What is the impact of not doing this?
RFI can be closed by someone who shouldn't be able to.
