Acknowledgement email notification toggle off or on
Can we have the ability to turn off email notifications if a user never acknowledges a GC, RFI or Transmittal? Or can we adjust the GC, RFI or Transmittal to no longer require a users to acknowledge?
Practical use of functionality?
If a user is not available to acknowledge for a long period of time. We don't want to continue to get email notifications.
What is the impact of not doing this?
Distracting, a lot of emails that are not relevant.
