If we could assign main reviewer (consolidator) and additional reviewer without the need to define a distribution matrix ( excel) would probably help for the request above and make the system more dynamic
The distribution matrix should be one extra tab when we create a transmittal and the DM admin and the participant that issue the transmittal should be able to edit and the system will keep track of those changes under the audit table.
Reason to re-assign a new consolidator, end of employment, sickness, project that span for long time, Reassignment, promotion etc..... Re-assign could as well be see as delegate. Someone changing position, we might need to make a major delegation of all his/her current tasks.
Thank you for your idea, could you provide more information on your workflow? What is the usual reason for changing consolidator after they have already been assigned? How often do you need to make consolidator change?
Could you provide an example of your workflow with screenshots? We need to see the first additional reviewers, consolidator assignment and what you are changing it to after removing it.
