What is the impact of not doing this?
Time saving exercise. Having to download documents one by one seems unnecessary but also the PDF's open within the browser then require downloading from the settings cog, whereas other files will download onto your PC download folder when selected. Less confusing to have all attachments download at the same time to a single zip location on the users PC. |
The export RFI to PDF feature also is not helpful, there are file size restrictions and it only packages PDF attachments into the export. Would be better if the system operated the same as transmittals and downloads the RFI or correspondence into a PDF and packages them together with the attachments as a zip file
this will also help with audit trail. currently PDfs are not recorded as downloaded in the audit trail (view history),.
