Practical use of functionality?
For example, ff user only wants to be notified once all the responders already responded and does not want to be notified for every response received, this will save a lot of memory since user do not usually delete unnecessary emails or most of them are not familiar in creating a rule in email. |

Most of the users no longer finds the email notification to be useful and just ignore them due to the volume of emails they receive. This will help save a lot of memory/storage. |
