VDOT is utilizing PWDM all the time. We will soon have 1000+ projects in place. With all these users we get questions and suggestions on what we'd like enhanced Please see below:
1. When user selects a Distribution Rule, it automatically fills in the Classification.
2.Disable "Invite New" team member
3.Remove the Advertisements -
4.Disable the “Send Review and Issue Draft”
5.Hide the Cover Letter XLS template - localities and project teams will not be making revisions.
6.The Incoming and Outgoing tabs should be grouped by Classification and then by Distribution Rule (maybe) field then placed in minimize window. This will make it easier to locate transmittals.
7. When selecting Additional Reviewer, separate VDOT and local project teams.
8.If responder selects a response but does not immediately send, the "My Response" header should show - "not yet sent". Right now, only puts "sent, locked" after responder responds. –
9.Add to the filter, "Show where no Acknowledgement or Response required from me"
10.Hide the "Attributes" tab - doesn't really do anything

We need more information on these requests. Could you provide us the specific workflow for items 1, 2, 6, 7, and 9? What is the reason for needing each specific change that you listed?
Regarding other items:
3. The advertisements should be removed soon as we are working on it right now.
4. “Send for review & issue” option is a secondary option that is hidden in a dropdown by default if user has Issue package permission. It is the only option available for users that cannot issue packages. So, we cannot remove it. Why do you want to remove it?
5. Even if cover letter is not modified the default one will be used. Could you tell us what problems are caused by having it visible in the interface?
8. You can see that there are not responded documents in the package in it’s status field. Also if a response status is selected but not sent, the “Send response” button is enabled for the user. It only disables once the response is sent.
10. We cannot hide Attributes tab as it is needed for the users that are using more attributes than can be viewed in the mane document line view (6 and more). It is the only place where user can view all document attributes.
