Push document status per package Purpose

We have the possibility to push the status of a document

The request is to have this option per package Purpose.

We have internal review 001 and we wanted to track this for each documents for each package Purpose

Then we have review 002 that push the status to the same attribute.

If one document have miss his review under Review 001 we lost track of this as Review 002 wil have push his status.

Practical use of functionality?

Give a more direct access to the document status for each review purpose. Especially for those who do not have access to the deliverable or have web access only

What is the impact of not doing this?

The above people may miss a status and a document will not be properly review and we will need to make retro action

Could you share more details about your workflow? You mentioned that for internal review you use one purpose "Review 001" and later issue the document again with purpose "Review 002". Shouldn't internal review be completed for the document to go out to second review stage? If review stages are done sequentially then only the most recent review status is most consequential. All previous responses can still be visible in the "Deliverables Management" preview pane for the document.
If you are sending the document on two submittals at once, could you tell us why it cannot be a single package? If you would send the document to different reviewers in one submittal in Response status attribute you will see the worst response received for the package. https://docs.bentley.com/LiveContent/web/ProjectWise%20Deliverables%20Management%20Portal%20Help-v8/en/GUID-32C2F539-A84E-4C28-87B2-F2F345E876DE.html
