It is easier to read the comment when the paragraph retrun is supprted. it also allow us to visually convey a better message |

What is the impact of not doing this?
People will not read the comments or will miss essential information. Preventing us to fully convey our message due to lack of formating |
The goal of email notifications is to inform the user about a new correspondence available in Deliverables Management service. When a notification is received the user should navigate to PWDM service to view the full correspondence and reply to it. The formatting of the message is retained in the service itself.
