When trying to download packages of RFI's submitted via the Deliverables Management Portal, an error is received that we cannot download packages where the combined attachment size exceeds 200mb.
This seems to be a strange restriction and means we and our external contractors have no way to export these RFI's into a document/package format for presentation on site or to download into external platforms. It also only seems to download PDF attachments, so where other files are attached to the RFI, they are excluded.
It would make sense to zip the RFI package rather than PDF combine it. That way size limitations should not apply to a combined PDF and ALL attachments would download rather than only PDF.
Practical use of functionality?
Converting the RFI to PDF and then zipping the attachments present a better format for downloading, remove the combined file size restrictions and also ensure all attachments are included. |

What is the impact of not doing this?
Cannot download the RFI at all where the combined package exceeds 200mb and no alternative method offered, meaning the RFI can physically not be taken outside of the DM portal. |
