Creating Documents in PW 365 and Infrastructure Cloud

We would like the ability to create ProjectWise documents without filenames in PW Web and Infrastructure Cloud. This functionality is available in PW Explorer but it would be very helpful if this were available in the Web since we use documents with attributes as forms.
