Currently, when using the PDF markup function to review PDF files on ProjectWise Web, there are no option to download more than one PDF (with markups) at a time. One has to either download the PDF with corresponding .xfdf file, then import the .xfdf comments into the PDF one by one; OR access the PDF in 'markup mode' and download each PDF one by one. A 'download all' option, which contains as downloaded file, the final PDF WITH markups, would be very useful.
