The Deliverable Management view should have customizable features, such as resizing and column-based search. The ability to add and remove attributes as well

when adding transmittal docs through web interface, because a) the dialog can not be resized b) the columns in the dialog can not be resized either, as a result, can't even see the docs' full name. see the attached screenshot
