Add the interface selection into the Document Properties
Since the interface drive the display of attributes in the document property, It would be useful to integrate the interface selection to the attributes interface, maybe somewhere top right corner

I don't need to hear about stats on initial response based on when a ticket is created. Big ol' nothingburger. The only useful stat is when a ticket has been assigned to an individual to begin working it.
When files are deleted/renamed, they are not always deleted from the working directories. There needs to be something that will clean up the working directories so that only those files registered in PW remain.
