Add custom folder to a folder

I would like to be able to use custom folders in folders - it would be really nice to be able to put a link to it in a normal folder.

Change annotation group color when changing status

Right now when grouping annotations and creating an issue linked to that group, only 1 element of that annotation group changes color. It would be a LOT more efficient if the whole group would change color.
