If we look at compare, we have the + sign to initiate a comparison

Once we have the results of the comparison

We can hide elements, save a view. But we cannot save the comparison. if we exit, we have to rerun again.

We should be able to save the comparison result and under it save configuration of that comparison. This we we will be able to return to a point in time or best assign a review meeting etc..

Th same logic can be apply to clash detection, thus I believe we can assign issue to clash.

Please clarify what comparisons you were referring to - changed Elements, Clash Detection, etc.
