As an administrator, I need an option to deactivate the button 'Register Trial Project' for all users.

This exists for the 'Register Project' Button but not for the 'Register Trial Project' Button. We believe it should be controllable through the administrator roles (Co-Admin + Connected Services Admin, ...).

Consequences:

If ~1% of my 5000 users click this button, it means 50 trial projects will be registered every month. This cannot be! I need an option to prevent this as an administrator.
