As an administrator of ProjectWise and Bentley Licenses, I would like to have a tool that is more user friendly to manage and control access from.
Currently, assigning licenses and managing access to ProjectWise- as well as its folders- is done from several different places. The granularity of the accesses requires a lot of manual work to add users as well as to remove them, making it easy to forget permissions in the process, and difficult to have high-level visibility of users' accesses.
Suggestion 1: merge the user management to be accessible from one single location so a holistic view of the accesses is possible.
Suggestion 2: move the ProjectWise access management to a single location, avoiding extra navigation steps to grant access to folders individually. A section where a user can be selected and the folders can be searched and added would be ideal.
