Hi Team, We are using the same configuration for the form in the same form category in the Build type BIC project and Project type BIC Project. Email received for same form in Build type projetc is much detailed and corresponds to the real form name. While the emails received for same form in Project type BIC project discpkays no information in email and moreover does not mention the form name anywhere in email and uses the standard "Issue" name in email as the form is created in issue category. This misleads the users as form is created in issue category but is not an issue. The form is used for other purpose but all forms are presented as issue in email. Please change this to Build type email template. Attached emails received for same form in Build type and Projetc type BIC projects for reference.
