Hi, to confirm if we supported Rich Text Format for all text inputs for GC, RFI and Transmittals would that solve your issue? As Notification setup does support more fonts options and picture inserts? Please see below:
This would be a professional looking signature - something we can customise. Similar to what you see in your Outlook signature. At the moment the Transmittal text area is simple and not feature rich. A signature block cannot be pasted in with logos etc. We would like to see more feature rich text options and a signature block an option for all PWDM correspondence items - GC/RFIs/Transmittals/Memos
Please can you provide more information, are you requesting a signature box for each document? How would users populate it? Can you provide an example?
