There should be an option to add someone that you wish to receive notifications of the review i.e there may be more than the person who submits the file that needs to know when a file is approved/rejected.
If a comment Is made with a special tag/category or a specific issue is create OR a document is annotate
OR
If spatial is configure one could request to be notify of all document that fall in a spatial location
More complexe rule of notificaiton could be define to meet participant need
Example
We send 20 documents and we need to notify X participant once the response come in for 2 two document relate to structure.
Also the PWDM notiication could be consolidate with the PWDI notification to have one central locatio to configure notification, this will help PW Project Admin mange the project
It has to be defined or incorporated in the DDM so everything else is automated. Currently, all recipients receive notification promptly anyway for all responses of the transmittal they are copied into.. That should suffice.
