Send Document to a Correspondence instance directly from Unified portal DMS

Hello,

Would it be possible to add an option to send a file or initiate a Transmittal from the Documents section of PW 365?

We do have the option to send a file to DM from PWExplorer, a similar option in PW365 would be useful.

Please consider this request. Thank you.

PAG Options:

As a standard user in PW365 or the new unified portal document interface, I want to be able to select one or more files and send them on a Correspondence workflow directly from the document area.

Notes:

  • Need to expand the document area submenu to display correspondence types that the user has access to only.

Practical use of functionality?

easier to find documents in a listing from the DMS Folder structure than trying to link them to correspondence type in the form/package interface.
What is the impact of not doing this?

Confuses the user and is a standard feature on other DMS with form workflows.
