As a user, I would like to add a linked item after the issue has already been created. Currently, I either raise an issue from the iModel (can have a linked item) or I raise an issue from the ISR (has no linked item).

An option to either 1) link an item in the iModel to an already existing issue or 2) link an existing issue to an iModel (if a BCF viewpoint exists, then use the coordinates to locate within the imodel, if an IFC-GUID in the BCF exists try to find the linked element) would be great.
