to measure a distance it would be helpful to change the units in the preferences before you start to measure. Default is inch. At the moment it is only possible to change the units during calibration of an existing measurement. When starting the next measure, it will use the last unit setting. And actually I do not understand what the calibration is doing here, it changes for the measured distance the units without changing the measured value?
