Toggle all versions tool is important tool frequently used by Document Control. Removing it from quick access and make it a cumbersome process makes less efficient and time consuming. If show all versions can be added as a button quick access makes it more user friendly.
This is a must to have - as Document Control we need to be able to view, track and control every version all day long, having to go "Tools>Options>Settings>Document List>Show all versions" hundreds of times a day is a massive waste of time and project money - those minutes add up. We HAD the "Toggle all Versions" selection in the toolbar. Whytake it away?
For a system built to manage versions, it seems a pretty strange choice to have this option hidden away. We frequently are asked about this by our users, and it's frustrating explaining to them that the functionality exists, but hard to access.
This is one of the top requests/issues raised by our users. The functionality is already there in ProjectWise Explorer/Infrastructure Cloud (browser) but for some reason it is hidden within menus rather than being a button front and centre that is easy for users to access and toggle on/off as needed. The functionality is obviously there so I imagine this should be a quick fix.
Considering there is a customization available to do this already, this should be an easy add. Also, this is the second request in here which I have seen for the same item.
Hi Phil,
will this also be available on the IC webpage?
(For most of the infrequent users the webpage will be the main point of entry.)
This is available in the new ProjectWise Explorer available for PW Cloud datasoures

+it would be great to also have this button on the IC webpage.
