There are many situation where it is preferred not to copyout content, but this may very by workspace, project or even user. Example: ICS for PDF only need fonts, etc from a managed workspace. A CSB could be setup an applied to the ICS user with the primary variables (like MS_CELLLIST, etc) and eliminate a full workspace from being copied out per plot. This could reduce overall plot processing time.
