Request is to enhance the background map to make it easier for non admin and project admin to attach a background map.

Reuse the iModel tool to locate the region on a map for the top node folder.

Sub-folders could inherit a zoom-in section or a different background map.

Have the maps display on the side so we could drag and drop ( copy/paste) documents on the map and fine tune their location
