There should be an attribute that can store the transmittal response status, same as the submittal response status since the originator (usually contractors) monitors the response status of the documents they submitted either for approval or review.
Agreed. It would be very helpful to have an attribute that stores the Transmittal Response Status, similar to how the Submittal Response Status works. This is especially important for certain configurations in the Evidence Module of ComplyPro.
Currently, documents are listed in ComplyPro, but there's no way to display the actual response status of each one. Having this attribute would not only improve visibility but also allow us to configure and update approval criteria more accurately.
At the moment, relying solely on the design status like “E1” is inefficient, as many documents are not properly tagged. This increases the risk of missed responses on the part of document controllers. If we could instead use a dedicated "Transmittal Response Status" attribute, it would provide a more accurate and reliable way to track the final response for each document.
