Currently when you upload a file into Filery, a Unique ID is created for the document. This Unique ID is then saved in the Document Name and in the File name. The original File name is being saved in the Description Field.

However a lot of times the File name is setup in accordance with the Client restrictions, so it would need be kept. Now we need to manually change the file name if we take it out of ProjectWise, leading to extra work and the chance of manual errors.

We would like to keep the File name as the File name, and then leave the description blank. The Unique ID which is created by the Advanced Wizard can be the Document Name.

This will save a lot of time for our users and make it easier to work with ProjectWise.
