We have a need to propagate access rights. however we end up with many folders that could not inheritate from the top folder for various reason.

Security and access rights is granular to folder.

If we could have a master security folder that we could link to ultiple instances we can then propagate access rights to multiple folders from a single folder.

That would behave in the same way we assign a view to folder
