I think this will be useful to reduce your search results before copying them to a list or even if you're wanting to save the results as a saved search. It will reduce the results down to only pertinent data. This feature can be used by PW Administrators or users of the system that need to quickly search for, sort through, and save results.

The way it would work is to have a button called Narrow Results or Discard Results somewhere towards the top or bottom of the search results or in both places. Users can click on any of the results individually or select multiple. They can then click on Narrow or Discard button to remove that data from the results.

Narrow Results

Selecting results you're wanting to keep and clicking "Narrow" will only keep those results as it will narrow the results to those selections and remove other results not selected.

Discard Results

Selecting results you're wanting to remove and clicking "Discard" will only remove the selected results.
