Update the Web interface so that PWDM can transmit documents with meta data, even though the documents exist in different folders each with their own environment. The Environments would share the same attribute labels. This is possible in ProjectWise Explorer and should be replicable in the Web interface.

This would allow teams to use the Web Client instead of ProjectWise Explorer to send transmittals when documents exist in different environments.

Practical use of functionality? The Deliverables Management process available in PWE should be fully replicable in the web client.
What is the impact of not doing this? This would improve adoption for those managing transmittals, as this web based process would not require installation of the ProjectWise Explorer software and would additionally utilise a cheaper Manage licence,
