recall a transmisison from a specific recipient

Request is to allow recall a transmission for as single recipient in order to complete a transmission. For XYZ reason the recipient will not response, leaving the transmission open.

Practical use of functionality?

Many times we have participants sending transmittal to too many users who will not response or for XYZ reason a transmission will not be answer.
What is the impact of not doing this?

Unable to close a transmission.

This will allow the sender to closer a transmission that stay open for too long or for which we no longer need the respond from the recipient.
