We have situations where a Main Reviewer (MR) need to become Additional Reviewer (AR)
We do not seems to have an easy way of doing this.
We do not seems to be able to delegate as both users are MR on the same transmission.
A MR1 should be able to delegate his response to MR2 ( of the same transmittal) has such MR2 can now ask MR1 to be additional reviewer.
OR a new action could be introduce where MR1 wants to consolidate his response to MR2.
If we recall the transmission, it is our understanding that we nee to restart from scratch the review process.

Practical use of functionality?
Allow transmission's participants to switch rôle between MR and AR. As the delegation has some limitation to allow and MR to become AR |

What is the impact of not doing this?
Since we have several transmissions running. Recall and going through all of them will be time consuming and we need as well to make a delivery day calculation to adjust the remaining days. |

Where we ask to recall document(s) per user, which could in theory free the user from his obligation of MR and allow other participant in the review to use him as AR.
Maybe from a system point of view might be easier to implement.
We would suggest issuing to a single Main reviewer always. And than delegating response to someone else if the original recipient can't respond. The system doesn't support a single user acting on behalf of several roles at the same time. Trying to change this would require extensive service update that we cannot commit to.
