When we revise a transmission, we have no place to add internal notes or comments
Example I see the version is not correct and a new document should be add instead
I'm being ask to review a transmission of 200+ documents and I spot some discrepancy

You can either reject specific documents and make comments about the issues with it, what needs to be updated before the file can go on to review. Or you can reject the whole package and make comment about needed changes that way.
